tax is not 40%. its just PST/GST that applies to whichever province and a 5 dollar handling fee in most cases. i think if you use a speedy service like fedex or ups, you have to pay a different (more expensive) fee which is the hardcore shit. i've never had to pay more than 11-12 bucks on duty and i ordered a lot of records since january. its always the stupid 5.00 handling fee that i can't stand plus the normal taxes (PST/GST).
