You need a lot of time and the "Save As..." menu item (which is often disabled in shareware versions, just to let you know)

Dj chrono, hardware mixing console don't have to cost so much.. A mackie cfx 16 or a spirit folio is less then your software mastering or if you're really low on budget you can buy a behringer which is about 350 $
What you also need : QUALITY AUDIO CABLES

Practice makes perfect . Also patience because producing good work takes time.

don't forget that you can have all the top of the line hardware there could be and produce shit tracks, or u could have cheap stolen apps and produce great track (bad sounding though ) It's all about creativity and skill

FruityLoops, the downloadable version doesn't let you save your work. Lots of other examples.
