then you obviously have a different view of what spoiling is than i do. i think a severe mutilation (arm getting chopped off, at the end) is spoiling enough. spoiling to me is telling something about the subject at hand.. if i havent seen the movie, id rather have no details given away.
i deal with people spoiling things i like all the time, in my anime hubs people ruin what happens in an episode, or the end of the series. ive had rpgs ruined for me by people telling parts of what happens.
i guess for some people, telling these details doesnt matter. but to lots of other people, they do. and i dont think its that challenging to refrain from mentioning details when talking about something which has only been out for one day. |
I agree with you, and he shouldn't have posted that. I just thought I'd play the devil's advocate, because it really isn't a big deal... Luke got his arm chopped off before, and they just put a new one on lol
PS, the battle scenes were good... escpecially in the colisseum

To me it matters bah!! I didn't want to know ANYTHING at all, but noooooo, now I know that he gets his arm cut off...ugh
As for getting things spoiled, well, I think that the worst was when I was nearing the end of disc 1 in Final Fantasy VII (thats 7 for ya'll none Romans ), and my friend tells me "Peter, the ending of disc 1 is un-fucking-believable! You're never gonna suspect that *blank* *blank* *blank* etc etc etc." For those that know the ending of disc 1, you can comment but don't say what it is, in case someone is playing the game, heheh.

I liked it, especially in comparison to episode 1 (I hate episode 1 that kid kills me, and jar jar kick it while it's down ) anyways, yeah it was pretty good, abit slow at times, but I liked how they tied everything together pretty cleanly and shit falls together, and of course it's going to be left open, heh, it's the middle movie. My major gripe is the fact that the voice dubbing on several scenes was absolute SHIT! natalie would move here lips, half a second later he would hear here, it was no good, that and the fact that the actors just seem so OVER acting, they aren't 'themselves' at all, watch the orginals and see the kick ass body play and smartass aditude of Han, now that is a character you can love. Better then episode 1, HELL yes (an easy feat if you ask me) anywhere near the orginals, nope of course argueing about starwars over the internet has to be one of the single silliest thing you can do
