Well not obviously but you'd be stupid to say that the Germans aren't the favourites here. They are, but can be toppled with some luck. Should be interesting.
Here's an interesting fact: Germany haven't made it out of the group stage of any European Championships since 1996, when they went on to win the whole thing. Still, I don't see that happening here.

Yea any team can lose or win any given match. Look what happened to Bayern earlier this month.
