I agree with you, for the most part, but I think the sorry state of progressive has just as much to do with it as Warren. He's doing pretty well considering the massive declines in progressive quality and quantity over the past four years.
It's sad, because nothing has really come along to replace the progressive ethos. For people who don't feel the newer trends, it can be difficult to maintain old standards.
