I tried to eat Mars once, but my canines kept getting stuck on Olympus Mons! Oddly enough, what I did swallow tasted a lot like vampires! Never tried eating a Burger King though...THATS FUCKING CRAZY!

Aw cool another thread where I can give my expert advise on Fitness training.
The problem starts with what youre eating. Thats atleast 4000 calories, 100 grams of fat and over 1600 carbs in all that food. Seperated into 3 meals is bad because youre metabolism will only be working 3 times of the day where if you eat 6 meals itll be working almost all day.
The carbs youre eating are processed and a form of starch. All those carbs are HIGH GLYCEMIC. High glycemic carbs will spike your blood sugar, insulin level causing it to drop minutes later and give you food cravings and youll burn calories from muscle instead of fat.
Heres an example of a High carb (Low glycemic), High protein, Low fat diet that will add lean weight.
Meal 1 - Oatmeal, Berries, 3egg whites 3 whole
Meal 2 - Almonds, yogurt, apple
Meal 3 - Burger king (This is where you can have that bad meal, Just make sure you do some type of activity after.)
Meal 4 - Weight gainer protein shake
Meal 5 - Salmon, broccoli, sweet potato
Meal 6 - Cottage cheese, Celery with peanut butter.
Its ok to eat out of moderation. Do little cardio. Focus of high volume when lifting weights (3-4 sets, 10-20 reps). Theres so much more advice and suggestions I could give you, but this will do for now.
Go get em, Champ. |
Top tips!! listen to this man!

for anyone who is knowledgable about excersise/bodybuilding, i have a question; if im lifting to gain mass (low reps, higher weight) is it still alright to go on runs? not jogs, a little more sped up |
i recommend quarter mile melbourne shuffles with 15 minute power-walking sessions sprinkled in between.
