Back on topic.
While we might not have real life superheroes with 'superpowers', a few people come to mind when i think of 'superhuman'.
1. Michael Jordan
Game 3 or 4 of their 5th Championship against the Utah Jazz. MJ gets sick before the game with a flu, comes to the game dehydrated and under the weather. Where mere mortals would have called in sick to rest, Jordan goes out and scores 40+ points on the road including the game winner. Superhuman? Yes. One of the most inspiring games I've ever watched.
2. Lance Armstrong
Recovering from lung and testicular cancer in 1999 we have no idea what to expect from him. Instead of racing half assed like he did before cancer, he focuses his entire life to winning, and goes on to conquer Tour De France an unprecedented 7 Tour de Frances in a row. Superhuman.
