Surely this isn't your actual heartbeat. I guess you're referring to various points on, for example, an ECG, where specific events are occurring?
Even so, there's nothing here to suggest any logical relationship between the cardiac cycle and musical rhythms, aside from the very vague notion of timing. Maybe I'm just a cynic but I don't really see what this process achieves.
