Interesting... but really, unless you are talking an all ages event, and what not... I doubt any of the people at Giant would be willing to invest in an event they aren't sure of returns on. lol... that being said... ID&T is still selling out Sensation White after they shot the lineup to hell.

I dunno... I understand Bas' point, and really, the same talent over and over isn't a great theme to be keeping. It's allowed me to see multiple performances of same great deejays int he last 2 years, and allowed me to continue to wonder why other's are held in such high regard. (Like the 2006 lineup completely disinterests me outside of possibly Deep Dish)

People that must start being pulled to SoCal more often imho:
Leon Bolier, Laidback Luke (finally at LoveFest LA), Joop, Remy & Roland Klinkenberg, Above & Beyond, Menno de Jong, Marcel Woods, Dj Shah... my list grows on!

"PVD ONLY" for 12 hours would do it for me! Seeing him next at EDC and I'm sure he'll probably only get an hour and a half set...can't even get warmed up doing that! I really need my PVD fix, starting to go into withdrawals and it isn't pleasant...

Sensation White would still sell out if the top 5 DJ's showed up and only made fart sounds the whole night. As my Nederlander friends explained it to me, this event is more about the party than the music. It typically sells out in 12 hours (and we're talking 40,000 tickets) before the lineup is even announced!

Dude... I follow the event... I know. It's just funny that no matter what lineup they decide on... it sells out regardless.

Except when they had the band performance at Sensation Black... that one didn't go over so well... LOL

All the dutch I talked to at Dance Valley said its the big joke festival there. Most people said Dance Valley was where its at. (Understandable because it is pretty Coachella with JUST EDM)
