[/QUOTE]
I'm still not understanding how the rebroadcasts are Oakenfold's fault??
I have to say that you are very naïve if you really think that rebroadcast is not Oakenfold's fault. One way or another, its his fault. First, as everybody knows, Oakenfold signed a contract with Area 33 in the first place. And if he doesn't deliver first episode almost two years ago, how Area 33 could broadcast any set mixed by Oakenfold? Nop. They broadcast what Oakenfold send them, beign wether Oakenfold or his team. But if his team doesn't response profesionally, it is also his fault, because he is the one who contracted them. So, one way or another, he is responsible for not to have a profesional supervisor that gives him informs of what happened. Or, have you out there listen another DJ that present this same problem with his broadcast for two months in a row? I don't know you, but this is definetively not a problem of radio station, but the DJ.
Yes, there are some rebroadcast of many DJs: Sasha has many sets with different name; the same thing happened with Ferry Corsten, etc. But, think in another great weekly radio show. Matt Darey's Nocturnal. There are no one a single episode repeated in more than two years of weekly broadcasting. Think in A State of Trance, Corsten's Countdown, Global, Trance Around the World, and best underground weekly show: Transitions. Non of this weekly show has never repeated a single episode. So don't tell me its not Oakenolds fault, because if is not his fault, how could be Area 33 fault's?
Whatever Oakenfold is doing, is doing wrong: miscare his radio show. If he isn't able to make a weekly show every week, as all the rest of DJs, with new tunes, a littel of generosity to other DJs as almots everybody do in his shows, and yada yada yada, he must quit his contract with Area 33 and reborn from his ashes.
I must say that I'm tired of letting messages in his web page, but it is so obvious that he cannot read any massages from thousend of visitors, many of them with very moronic messages.
And of course, we have earned an apologize from him. If we make critics in this matter, is because we care about him, not because we think, "Ah, what the heck..." The only thing we can say, according with Funkagenda, is "What the Fuck".
