ahhhh, i mispoke. i did encounter maths again at uni in stats but it was only one unit and only briefly thank fuck. i still think i failed that exam though.
Oh lucky, you only had to do 1 unit? We had to do one unit per year, and a good number of the other classes required a decent level of stats use/knowledge anyway. Pricks.

I found these video lectures to be pretty helpful whenever I didn't get something in lecture/through the book.
The prof tends to be pretty practical as opposed to mathy/rigorous.
I took it with a different one who was the opposite...and that shit was hard... the averages on the tests hovered around the 50s

In Senior High, I had an AP Chemistry class with a 1st year teacher (who was actually still a UC student that was plucked to fill a void in the teacher shortage in California). Chemistry has ALWAYS been my absolute worst subject, although I find it endlessly fascinating. At the end of the class year, everyone had an F Minus. The instructor decided to erase half the test scores, multiply the score of the Final by 3, and grade on a curve.
Lucky me, I had the highest failing grade.
Unlucky me, the entire class was called in for a day during the summer vacation for an investigation+audit.

i quit maths at year 11. it was compulsory, but i knew i didn't need it as a prerequisite for anything. it was the first and only subject i have ever failed - i wrote my name at the top of the paper and handed it back.
oh... i got HDs for stats + programming at uni haha.

I've been there, just pop an aderol and go to the library and study and do problems for 14 straight hours right up untill the exam. It worked for me, and by hour 7 you'll actually feel like you know what you're doing.

why don't u go see the professor or one of the Korean TA's and get some understanding of the concepts your lacking on...instead of asking how to do advanced math on a music forum.

i dont necessarily think a drug will help me understand something, itll just keep me focused, but that was actually my plan this weekend. at this point, it sure as hell cant hurt.
