I'm pulling for the Celtics. Garnett, Allen, and Rivers are class guys and I hope, after being the best team all year long, the can continue to be the best through the finals.

This game needs PJ Brown body slamming Luke Walton. Both teams are playing with no passion.....like they're out on a picnic

Long time Celtics fan, but got into basketball shortly after their 80s Glory Years (still caught a few classic Bird moments tho'). Really looking forward to seeing the Good Ol' Green hang up #17!
Also, I'm VERY impressed in ABC's coverage this year. MUCH better than before, when they had the fucking Pussycat Dolls, of all damned things.

I'm just glad that Mike Tirico is nowhere to be heard.

that was a disappointing boring first half. it's like watching the spurs play the pistons except they got different uniforms

Was definitely a fun game to watch, can't fucking believe the Lakers let all that fucking time off the clock in the last minute.
That whole thing with Pierce was odd as well - I didn't think it looked too bad and wasn't surprised to see him back so quick, but he definitely looked hurt late in the game.
He'll be hurting tomorrow. If they have access to and can get him in a hyperbaric chamber tonight and also tomorrow, it could help him a lot with his knee.
KG was great too, apart from the 9 straight misses at the end

I was playing poker with some friends during the game, and the possibility/notion of him getting a quick cortisone shot and then just playing through the pain was definitely brought up.
Of course that means I was playing poker with a bunch of basketball conspiracy theorists, none the less it made for good conversation.
