Comes with trance/LA. All I can say is to take a lil Ibiza trip and go to Amnesia on a Wednesday night for a sweet trance experience. Miami during WMC comes in close 2nd place.
tuesday night, not wednesday

Agreed.
The Persians and Israelis came out in full effect Thursday night. Wednesday night was In Search of Sunrise - Asia (Thursday night had its fair share of Asians also)
Dude! This is LA, the most diverse city in the world! What do you expect? Blond hair and blues eyes from front to back?

Being someone that has to be there each night but isn't a Tiesto fan, he's been pretty good both nights. I've liked the first 90 min of his set better than the rest, but not bad. Last night a little better than Wed. And I have to say, I'm a little impressed that he's not playing the same set every night. Not sure if the crowd was really better, but they're were about 300 more people last night. Tonight will be nuts. I expect to hear more of his popular stuff and hopefully close out the night.

I went to see Tiesto last night (Thurs.) and wow, it was seriously crowded... but FUN! I managed to find a lot of room to move around by the sides of the stages but it wasn't the best for the sound or the view. I wasn't able to see Tiesto much at all and the hard beats sounded a bit distorted, but still, I enjoyed his set and the crazy people there.
There was this one guy with a looooong ponytail that kept swinging his head while he danced that his hair kept whipping into my face and eyes. I swore if I had a pair of scissors, I would've cut it off right there, but he was actually a nice guy when you start talking to him. After we moved out of the main dance floor area, everything just got better. We left around 3am, and I left pretty satisfied.
The one downside of going to Vanguard nowadays is the freakin' $20 parking cost. Grrr... that will probably keep me from going there as often in the future.

Haha.. that was me!
I saw 3 other guys in there yesterday wearing the same shirt.
But yeah, the parking cost... $18 for freakin valet. Screw the tip. We're getting raped with the ticket prices, might as well with the parking too huh.

i just dont understand how a trance dj needs 4 cdjs when the songs are like 8 minutes each and they strictly mix intro/outro. wtf.

1. Tiesto isn't a Trance DJ.
2. Just allows for alot more flexibility and options. Although I don't think I have ever heard Tiesto playing more than 2 tracks at the same time. I have seen him using all 4 CDJ's to cue up tracks though.
3. Any professional club always gives a DJ a minimum of one extra CDJ or Turntable, just in case some thing happens.
4. Now its time for me to go rest, for a double header of Tiesto in San Diego.
