Theres really no easy way, but cdrcue cuesheet editor does the job for editing cuesheets. If you have one mp3, you may use nero to cut it in tracks for you by draging the mp3 to the track window and then click on properties, and then the folder index limit splits and then you could click on the time where you want to split the track and then click on split. If you really want to learn how to make a cuesheet, dl any random cue sheet and then look at how they set the text out with notepad. Then use that as an example for all other. I suggest decompressing to wav, cause thats the best way of making a secure album and its easier to edit.
