i run 3-4 times a week, usually 3.5 - 4.5 miles. on easy, recovery days, my pace might be 8:30 to 8:45/mile, on the days i want to push, i'll do 8:00 and under for a mile. sometimes interval work as well. it helps to be running with the nike running club here in the city.

at least when on a machine you can read watch tv hold all your junk around you and MOST IMPORTANTLY stop whenever you want and remain in the same place. nothing sucks mroe than say having a cramp or something and wanting to stop but you are far away from your car public transport or home.

Well if i run full speed i can only run a mile.... (sucks because when i play futbol i get tired so quick because of all the sprinting there is)

If i run at medium speed i cant run for 30 minutes.. maye 20, so i just slow down and chill while running. Im not training for anything, just running for the lulz.
