Infected Mushroom may produce something strange and off-track now, but that doesn't make them "sell outs".
The last album I enjoyed was I'm The Supervisor, which was still very hit and miss in my eyes. However, I respect them for at least trying to do something different.
If it were up to you, music would never move forward and we'd all be stuck listening to 1995 Goa trance until the end of time.

For once, you actually don't sound like an idiot. Congratulations.

No I never said that, just anything infected mushroom has made since B.P. Empire has been crap(well maybe not crap... but slightly above average which is sad compared to earlier stuff), and since they are pretty much the only ones that make albums in that very particular style its very sad to see them becoming dumbed down. How would you like it if your favourite artist made run of the mill electro house or something? Fair enough that rock psy is probably pioneering... but it doesn't stop it from being dumbed down, may as well make psy synth pop or something. Just because I don't like psy and sell outs doesn't mean I don't like anything new. I mean for instance I'm sad there'll never be another beyond the infinite but at least Juno Reactors new direction is semi decent.

I have liked infected since they appeared on scene. any real fan who knows them well enough knows they have been progressively headed in tis direction for a long time. get over it and enjoy the good music

I can see this being really good (because of the help from oakenfold), or really bad (because of the help from oakenfold).

Um Infected Mushroom, Simon Posford, and Astral Projection made psy-trance popular long before Infected Mushroom started with this rock theme.
AP and Simon - Made quality music popular amongst quality people.
Mushrooms and Skazi - Made Crappy music popular amongst little kids and other dumbasses who play it out loud everywhre.
They make me feel ashamed of EDM (what music do u like?? -umm...elec..uhh..i like rock music...)
