Hi I stumbled on to this website as I was doing a search for nas hero sample as that loop has been doing my head in!!!
Anyways, I'm thinking Information Society - Running but then it hits me!!!!
It's a record called AUTO MAN by Newcleus on JVS Records Inc!! From way back when. It was the second track, the first one being a track called dancer. I've just spent the last 30mins in the loft looking for the 12 and found it. Quality!!
You might remember Jam on It, Jam on Revenge (The Wiki Wiki Song), that was them as well.
Interestingly enough it runs throughout the whole record just like it does on hero.
I've left my amp round my sisters, so I can't burn it up onto my pc but I will go and get it and then fire it up on here.

edit: Here it is, I found it on the web, as you do!! If you search Newcleus Auto man you will get it on you tube as well (vocal version) The version I have is a pure instrumental and this is what this link is, I prefer it to the vocal. I think the nas version is slowed down just a tad.
