Ortofon Nightclub 'S' and Dj 'S'.

The carts are identical throughout the range apart from colour, but there are slight differences between the stylus models...

Good I drop DJ S then and will pick up some thing different so change it to Numark Carl Cox signature series. Because I just placed order last night and order wasn't processed yet because it was verifying my card.

shur m47G

the non "g" is the turntablist needle, the G is bit smoother freq response i believe, but slightly less beefy than the 47, which is a scratch cart

THREAD NECROMANCY!

So... I got my hands on a Technics 1200, so now I want to get a pair of good carts for it and my other table. Does the recommendation of the Ortofon Nightclub carts still hold up 6 months later? Is there a budget option that is comparable in quality, since I really don't want to spin vinyl, but record tracks off of my records onto my PC?

There are SO many options...

Not made for scratching.

+1

only shure whitelabels touch my whitelabels

Do you guys think I would be able to sell an old (but brand new) Shure SC35C cartridge? I also have a sleeve foe it.

I had to take the same decision...

absolutely love em. the sound is great and the tracking force is very low

the appearance is not very appealing, I know

Looks aren't important. They just have to sound good.

Are there any particular hi-fi carts that ya'll like?
