true. problem is for the average listener that they have to weed through so much now with the amount of digital labels that will release anything.

why is actually searching for music that appeals to you such a problem? I think being spoon fed everything on someone's chart through rapidshare is more of one.

it isn't. the problem is more that there's so much shit to get through these days, the actual overall quality is so low that it's a bit disenchanting. Plus the stuff I really like isn't out yet as peter griffin once said "and now i play the waiting game"

i manage to find stuff i like...maybe you aren't looking properly.

edit: and i'm not saying i never do it...just when i do there is usually a reason for it aka like wanting to buy a record with a huge import price and not trusting a 45 second sample (then you get the record and all of a sudden out of nowhere come pitched down donna summers vocals about black momma love )
