But they certainly wouldn't have waged a completely wasteful and unwinnable war in Iraq.
And at what PRICE has Bush and his cronies made America a "more secure nation"? Nobody can afford their mortgages anymore, unemployment is higher than ever in your country, 50 million Americans do not have or cannot afford health insurance, the war in Iraq is costing billions and billions of dollars a year...for what exactly? The American dollar is weaker than it's EVER been and China and Europe are kicking your fucking ass in the economic sector. Nobody wants to join your armed forces anymore so they've resorted to backdoor drafts which keep soldiers going back to the Middle East for their 5th, 6th and 7th tours even though they were told they'd be discharged after one. |
Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure things are not "completely unwinnable" in Iraq... just ask the Messiah. As badly as he would love to agree with you, even he can't anymore.
How has Bush and his cronies made America more safe? I don't have the exact data, but there hasn't been a single attack in 7 years, plus multiple plots foiled.
Nobody can afford their mortgages anymore? How the fuck is that Bush's fault? Why don't the people who irresponsibly accept loans from banks for a $250,000 house who KNOW they can't afford the payments get any of the blame? What about the banks who could clearly see peoples' finanical statements before getting the loan and know they can't afford it? No... let's blame it on Bush.
There was a higher umemployment rate during parts of 2001, 2002, 20003, and 2004 than there is right now. So what the fuck are you talking about? Take that bullshit to Europe where they have 8% unemployment.
Backdoor drafts? LOL where do you get your information? In 2007 the military reached 99% of their benchmark for enlistment... all voluntarily:
Navy: 102%
Marines: 110%
Air Force: 100%
Army: 84%
