All you need to DJ off a computer is a soundcard with multiple outs and a MIDI controller would help but isn't absolutely necessary.
If you want me to tell you if it is good you have to let me know what it is. I don't even know what software you are trying to use.
Like I said earlier I would stick with vinyl if you already have turntables and records that you enjoy playing, but if you want to go all digital a soundcard/MIDI controller is what you need.
