Yes, by law, he IS a suspect, and it's good that we have a system that treats everyone fairly, but it's still funny thinking of him as a "suspect" given there were 30+ witnesses and he hasn't even tried to deny it or explain it away.

Also given your crime rates are through the roof in states that still have the death penalty, I think that says something about how much of a deterrent it really is

yeah this is some fucked up shit, crazy thing is he'll probably just get nailed with murder 2 cause there was no motive..
