I'm a baseball convert. Just really hard to keep track of it in Australia.
Unfortunately my two teams are sucking hardcore this year, but so goes it.

I wouldn't say its overly complex, cricket for example is much more so. But you do need to be introduced to it by someone who knows whats going on to be able to appreciate it.
