That's actually very easy and no money is needed. You just need to go to the Podcast Channel in the iTunes Section where you'll find a link like "Publicate Podcast". While I agree Podcast is a stupid name, I think the idea is quite nice

the only extra feature podcasting allows is that if a user subscribes via iTunes or other such podcast capable player, new sets are automatically added when you upload them.
allows people to follow your sets in case you dont promote it on TA or perhaps they dont see the post
