When I was in 3rd grade I got a tooth pulled (not even loose) without anesthetic. Army clinics in Germany + visiting dentists from Iran who didn't like children = fun times.

Worst thing ever.

i'm always there due to my jaw problems which give major grindage and the fact it took until i moved to my current practice aged 16 for anybody to spot it. I'm actually there again tomorrow but my dentist just left & the new guy who's irish isn't as good i don't think. The nurses there are great though, a couple i know from school, couple of hot ones and a couple of older ones who're very pleasant. For the money it costs, so it should be though

I hate when that suction thing is in my mouth and they try to make small talk or ask questions... I don't even bother answering because it sounds like I have downs syndrome with all that junk in my mouth.

just remember the dentist office is a business and they are there to make money. Much different than going to the doctor who really could give 2 shits what your problems are. The usefulness of the dentist has gone way down since oral care (excepts for u brits with no flouride in the water supply) has improved so much so. Business is not like it used to be, so they will absolutely manifest problems and issues to make u spend money.

I had a 12 hour long surgery almost a year ago now. Probably one of the most intensive jaw surgery you can get. Before that I was on braces to just prepare for the surg for about 2-3 years. Long story..

Anyway, I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months (I visit my perio doctor) costs about 150-200. Insurance covers some of it. Try going to one of those, they really do a number to you, and pretty much your gums are dead as fuck at the end of it.

You shouldn't have to go every 3 months if you JUST FUCKING FLOSS and brush twice a day.

God, why are people so fucking lazy??

I hate people who don't floss just about as much as I hate fat people. Fucking breath stinks.

I just had two filling without passing out from my needle phobia, go me.

some of us have soft enamel and all that brushing and flossing doesn't help. shit i had cavities in my baby teeth and now i use prescription toothpaste at night and i still get cavities. i even brush in the middle of the day on occasion. my mother has been to the dentist maybe three times in her entire life and her teeth are perfect. some people just has shitty teeth...although i do agree about the bad breath it's gross.
