Over here its really bad dude, me and my missus are dying to get a new pad but nowhere will give anyone a mortgage, well unless you have a 20% deposit(20k realistcaly!!!!) bad times in the UK!!!

20% = 20K? Where the fuck are you able to buy a decent pad in the UK for 100K? Try more like 20% = 40k

My place was 100k a year ago. Admittedly its a shitty end terrace so in no way a "decent pad"

hmm actually it depends a lot on how you look at this. ~2cm is the height of a default synth rotary. BUT actually it doesn't change much the height of the keyboard as the rotaries aren't really on the heighest position of the keyboard so it probably doesn't change that much with or without them.

Damn, I was looking all over London before I left and couldn't find a 2 bed in even the shittest area for less than 250k
