yes thank you I've lost 27lbs this year. I'm not even going to dignify it with the story of what has been up for me in the last 8yrs, but im working on bettering myself and that includes this. Plus I'm in reasonable 'shape' comparatively to my weight anyway.

They are f'in uncomfortable. I was grinding my teeth and the dentist said I should get a proper nightguard, at about $450. It doesn't take a genius to figure out you just need something to stop the teeth rubbing against eachother.
I tried the athletic mouthguard and it was nasty, just kept my jaw too far open. At Walgreens you can buy a decent, comfortable nightguard for about $40. If you wear through it within 90days they'll send you another gratis. I managed to throw mine away by accident after an overnight flight!

I had the professional one.. but my teeth shifted after they pulled my wisdom teeth out and it doesn't fit anymore..
You never really get used to it.. Its hard to fall asleep with it.. I try to catch myself while im awake, but while im sleeping i can't help it.. I was at the dentist last week and my technician told me to just go buy the generic one at the store instead of another professional one..

I inadvertently grind my teeth during the night, and my jaw pops all the time when I eat. My dentist tells me to just keep my mouth closed all night for 6 weeks. I doubt that's going to happen/work.
