A lot of you seem to like using drugs on this messageboard. A Harper majority isn't going to do anything toward the eventual decriminilisation of one of your favourite "weeds", just so you know.
Of course, there are much larger issues, like the environment, but Canadians seem to be adopting the attitude of "oh well it won't be really bad until after I"m dead so who cares?" What plans does Harper's party have exactly?
If you want mid-late 1980s back again, then go ahead and vote for Harper. His self admitted role model is Brian Malroney and I'm sure some of us remember how well that worked out last time. |
I think the liberals must be smoking green if they think that the green shift is a good idea.
Harper isnt as socially liberal as id like. Yes id like a decrim of weed but i like his stance on punishing criminals and the fact that even though he is against abortion hes dropped the subject. Chretien was pro life too but politically he left it alone. Why no fuss with chretien?
i always weigh out the parties in every election and every single time the answer is always to vote conservative because the other parties are about bigger government, taxing and spending, and stifling beurocracy. Would i like them to decrim weed? sure. But id much rather ensure my ability to buy food and shelter with ease first.
