Most are decent, but Priceline has the holiday inn in chinatown as a 3-star and I won't stay there, lol. 3-stars are 'usually' ok, but not always. |
I've stayed at Opus, the W, Queen Elizabeth Fairmont, all decent hotels but the most functional one by far was Holiday Inn Express or Candlewood Suites. You get large fridge, full kitchenette and modern enough furniture, comfortable bed, basically a furnished one-bedroom suite with dishwasher and microwave, even.
You can get a corporate rate for that too, under $150 (I get $109 for Candlewood). Many 5-stars are overrated and many 3-stars are under, imo.
