i just signed up for acanac.

setup was under 4 bussiness days, they use bell's dsl.

i got dry loop unlimited bandwidth for ~300 for the year including tax
so far the speeds and customer service is great.
If you have your own dsl modem tell them and you wont have to pay a $49 dollar deposit.

I was fortunate enough to deal with them at least once a week at my previous job

the most ridiculous thing that I've incountered is when their 1800/1888 numbers would stop working, their own customer support 1888 number wouldn't work either!! so not only we were getting angry customers from US having to call local 416 number to get to us (and paying long distance changes), I couldn't reach Primus to open a issue ticket with them
