having worked in the financial industry the last 5 yrs i knew Lehman would fall hard. However i made my money off them i had quite a bit of stock in the company when earnings were huge and got out just about 2yrs ago.

if you guys are interested in this stuff go read "The Creature from Jekyll Island" it will explain why Lehman tried to get away with high risk loans with big yields. The fact that the gov't isn't bailing them out is a huge 'fu' to Lehman because practices with similar hedges have been bailed out in the last 6 mos.

I just dug the area to check on it today to be sure cash wasn't rotting on use. The cash was fine but wood chest decayed and metal starting to rust but the plastic liner is in great shape. So put in in new wood chest with metal liner and second plastic liner to be safe. We did that in case if some happens we can survive off it and all.
