German VAT is 19%, just like in The Netherlands. Beatport is really messing things up. Funny thing too is that apparently all european download stores like djdownload and kompakt-mp3.net are charging their european customers with VAT, but still they manage to keep their prices at a more affordable level.

I bought at djdownload today. Won't be shopping at beatport anymore unless the tracks are only available there. Their loss. DJDownload now is about 0.90 Euro cheaper per track!
If less is more think about how much more more would be.

Dancerecords.com is the cheapest, but a small stock.
I am getting sick of Beatport. They have a monopoly on so much stuff and at this stage are just gouging people. I doubt any of this VAT is going to any government, they're pocketing it and theres nothing anyone can do about it.

I've been doing this for the past two years. I always check if a track is available at djdownload before I look elsewhere, their prices rock
Beatport is usually a last resort, but they have so many tracks exclusively they are still getting more than ample business from me
