last year they were calling for 22 degrees and 40 percent chance of rain2 days before the howells cruise which was actually on the first day of fall... it ended up being 33 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. I'm hoping for the same this year, but either way it's going to be a nice day so I'll be happy!
