opening track was annoying for one reason or another. just couldn't get myself into it, but i stuck around. much better with the next selection, but the Chus & Ceballos track stuck out like a sore thumb, just didn't fit in for me. It's like there was a techy groove and we went into this big house selection. enjoyed the next few selections, all the way up to Cubabe (great take on it by Eelke). the mixing sometimes clashed, but nothing scary, and (at times) it was very well done. what did you record this with, by the way?
After that it got into some more bigger house stuff, and even a breaks track about 75 mins into it. You settled down towards the last half hour, and brought it to a very mellow close - which (again) felt like it didn't belong.
it was a solid middle. but there was a huge struggle in consistency at the beginning and towards the end of the mix. it was fun to listen to chilling at my desk at work, there's definitely some great tracks.
i don't even know what i wanted out of it. maybe less of struggle with nice deep house and the more progressive big room stuff. but thanks for sharing.
