I take offense to this, since my favorite players as a kid were Wally Joyner, Brian Downing, Chili Davis, Nolan Ryan, Jim Abbott, and Mark Langston. Of course the championship did great things for the organization, but Arte Moreno has done even better things for the Angels and their fans.
Worst fans? Have you sat out in the Pavilion at a dodger game? Its simply uncomfortable being around those people. The big A is such a better experience.
LA as a city is known for its bandwagon fans, dont blame the angels. |
Sucks how game one of the playoffs didnt sell out in Anaheim. Where was the fan support? I think thats what I mean by worst fans, and yes I was generalizing a bit. Almost all of the Angle fans I know, are relatively new, uninformed bandwagon fans... post Championship, a championship that was brought to Anaheim thanks to the effort of an Ex Dodger coaching staff. You appear to know your stuff so I commend you for supporting your team but you are few and far between.
Yes, there is a lot of riff raff in the pavillions at Dodger Stadium, but the support and energy is there, thats what I look for when I go to the Staidum. I cant wait for tomorrow night.
