What was it busted for?

supposedly busted for being "over capacity". I mean the place WAS full, but its fine i mean, not the end of the world. then these polimen come and just completely close the place instead of just kicking some ppl out.... thats retarded!!!! hate them. It was a crazy party, was having a blast, went downstairs to pee, come up and no music, big big party poop! When i went to take a pic he told me too bad they shut it down cuz he was keeping the bombs for the end of his set, best for last. FInally we get a great party, and its getting totally pooped like that.

the thing people dont uderstand with capacity is how its calculated
the fire department doesnt come in and says "well mr tribe you got 2000 sq feet so you can fit 1700 people.... confortably"

its calculated by sqfoot+number and size of exits
how fast can you evacuate tribe in case of emergency...

i know, but i didnt understand one thing, why did they kick everybody out, instead of just lowering the number of ppl to capacity. and another thing, how did the police know it was overcrowded, the counted the ppl inside, or they checked the clickers or something? And another question, y did tribe allow so many ppl in, putting themselves in a risk of such a bust? that sucks

how do you choose who to kick out vs who to keep when everyone is a paying customer.

also the police do not waste time doing math. Their time costs money and they have better things to do then play doorman.

you know the anwser to the tribe question...they are not the only club that does this. (prydz is not cheap)

look at dc 10...it only has a capacity of 65 (even if it is bigger) and now it is closed for a year because they did not abide by the law.

the minitek festival in new york was a disaster because of this too. My weekend cost me over 1500$ with flights and hotels for a garbage event.

it is in no way just a tribe thing.

Did he play is remix of Personal Jesus? Saw him in Miami and yeah, he totally rocks, and that remix is the best one I heard of that song.
