It was a pretty good movie. Nothing mindblowing, but it was a really good movie about electronic music with strong character development. I really enjoyed it and if you like EDM and the EDM scene, this will probably be a movie you will enjoy as well

i love the vocal track he does with fritz kalkbrenner on this. It's unashamedly cheesy and there is a line in it that mentions something abouy castles in the sky, but i just don't care..

Berlin Calling is a great film. Surprisingly, Paul Kalkbrenner is a really good actor! The party scenes in the movie were filmed in real Berlin clubs like Bar 25 and are extremely realistic. Needless to say that the soundtrack is amazing.
That Fitz Kalkbrenner track - Sky and Sand that chesco mentions... Gave me goosebumps when I heard it in the movie, in the context of the scene. The lyrics of the song speak of drugs and clubbing...just like the Berlin Calling film tackles the drug subject but without subjecting the audience to cheesy moralising at all.
If you are familiar with the underground EDM scene, you will really enjoy this film.
