I don't know, but definitely make sure to get enough fans for the case, and don't use the stock heatsink that comes with CPU.

well i put in an order last night and added a heatsink to my purchase. newegg said they shipped it today so hopefully i can get it on friday

One more tip..If your heatsink doesn't have thermal compound on it already, get some arctic silver 5. And make sure you only apply a PAPER THIN layer to the CPU before putting the heatsink on. Most new builders make a mistake by smearing it on. I use a razor blade to get a perfectly thin layer and it works great. If you need some AS5, here ya go:

Final tip..Make sure you have both intake and exhaust fans on your case. Most cases just have a fan on the rear. If you want to overclock, you need at least one good 120mm on the front to pull the air through faster and keep things cool.

i made sure to order the thermal compound also

i never used it before so i will use your directions on applying it
