Anything more specific? I think its got some PWM, but its also got some sort of glassiness on another oscillator, I just can't remember what technique gets that sound, is it phase modulation? It gets that bitey sort of nastiness as you open the filter on it...

You could do it with FM, but I think you'd get better results out of ring modulation or phase maybe...
