well that's one way of not being able to afford it, you always need to think that when you buy such stuff, you 1) gotta be a damn fanatic hobbyist, or 2) you really want to make money from your tracks and get famous... Cause the equipment can be that expensive you can't really buy it 'for fun', can you?

I've always thought that when i'm going to buy such hardsynths my life's gonna change in some ways... and i want to wait to see if that possible

cheers
LW

Well, id still say Wim that if you do decent mastering it works.
Instead of mastering the whole track take out every single instrument and EQ it and then mix the track into one via cool edit, or logic or soundforge or whatever then EQ again

Also helps to really know your program, take rob(parker) his sound is VERY clear and smooth, and id think it was pro most of the time . Its always the dude behind the synths and not the dude behind the synths, if that made any sense.

Oh yeah, fab remix buddy

Most ways its much better than the original, and man that lead, i fukkin love it, stuck in my head now!

Someday i hope to see ur name besides ferry, tiesto, armin, gielen etc etc

Cheers,

Yeah, true.. but what if you were using top quality gear?
then wouldn't that make your tracks doubly amazing?

Yep!

LW that's true, I have been thinking about that a lot myself, but I find myself always wanting to make music, and when I try put my ideas down on fruity it ends up making me lose my inspiration simply because I don't like the sound

so yep, I will buy a synth .

Dave,

still if you think that idea isnt sounding good in fruity, learn to make it sound good.......And im guessing it will take ya double as long time to get that synth to sound the way you want it

awesome track! just love that melody, very uplifting...

btw, i've downloaded the 2002 version of trance for you theme from audiogalaxy. that break will be breathtaking forever, but the main melody sounds much better now, very massive and powerful. the only thing i'd change is the buid-up melody, it doesn't quite fit IMO.

but u r becoming better and better!

Thx Mac, glad to hear you say that I'm sure you can do as well!

I do take alot of EQ'ing on the synths themselves in fruity, almost none of them are left 'untouched' by eq's

but you might be right... that way you can pay lots of attention to single synths, but i think the sequencing etc will become awfully difficult with goldwave or cool edit... I've tried some tracks that way a long time ago, and it was pretty damn hell hehe

well, anywayz thx for stopping by
LW

PS: haven't been around too much lately, but the reason is my cpu was down... something with the contacts between the current and the computer so my dad had to take it to the shop for repairments
