Well, id still say Wim that if you do decent mastering it works.
Instead of mastering the whole track take out every single instrument and EQ it and then mix the track into one via cool edit, or logic or soundforge or whatever then EQ again
Also helps to really know your program, take rob(parker) his sound is VERY clear and smooth, and id think it was pro most of the time . Its always the dude behind the synths and not the dude behind the synths, if that made any sense.
Oh yeah, fab remix buddy
Most ways its much better than the original, and man that lead, i fukkin love it, stuck in my head now!
Someday i hope to see ur name besides ferry, tiesto, armin, gielen etc etc

Thx Mac, glad to hear you say that I'm sure you can do as well!
I do take alot of EQ'ing on the synths themselves in fruity, almost none of them are left 'untouched' by eq's
but you might be right... that way you can pay lots of attention to single synths, but i think the sequencing etc will become awfully difficult with goldwave or cool edit... I've tried some tracks that way a long time ago, and it was pretty damn hell hehe
well, anywayz thx for stopping by
LW
PS: haven't been around too much lately, but the reason is my cpu was down... something with the contacts between the current and the computer so my dad had to take it to the shop for repairments
