I listened to the track. It sounded very familiar, but I wasn't able to ID it. The woman's voice sounds a bit like the one in 'klubbheads - the ultimate seduction.' I don't know from which song they took the sample, but it's the same one as the song with wich Ferry Corsten started his Incasa (Leiden) set.

Once again: I'm not sure if it's the same voice, but they do sound alike, so maybe you have a clue here.
