No, CIrca does not post the tracklistings of the DJs, no club will. It is up to the fans to create the tracklists, and that does not happen very often. It only happens when the actual recording of the live set is released on the net, so people can sit down and actually write them out.
Unless you can find a recording of the set you want, you are out of luck, and there is no point in asking for them.

OR.. you could look up charts for DJs that have played there. I'm sure many of them have charts up on beatport or DJ download, where you could DL the tracks.
