This sounds old fashioned these days but its what finally did it for me. In fact all of my signings were a result of a physical CD and nothing online related. Best of luck.

Good advice, I'll have to keep this in mind. In the old days this didn't work very well, the CD usually ended up in the trash because record companies would receive tons of CD Demos. Now days, if you send a CD, you'll be one of the rare few doing so. A nice presentation, with a little work put into it, would get their attention.

The labels have too many tracks to sift through these days, would take too much time to listen to or download all of them. If they even give you 15 seconds, you ought to be happy. I'm guessing what they listen for first is a professional sound (proper mastering and such), if they hear that, they will continue listening. Anything with bad production or an amateur sound, gets 15 seconds till delete.

Should I send the track to some other labels? Or should I wait for another week or 2?
