Production studio stickies especially tutorial master list. Also, go download demos, of fl studio, sonar, ableton live, reason, reaper, and maybe cubase (not sure that there is a demo). Try them see which one you like the most.

for the productions side, go to the productions forum. as said, there is a sticky with a ton of tutorials to help you begin.

for the mixing and djing side, you can always check on this djing forum and ask questions. unless it's not a blatantly obvious question that could easily be answered by read the instructions, or by doing a quick google search (or search function on this website), then most people here are decently quick to answer and help out.
