The happiness of my mother is all that matters to me. If she's happy getting plowed by every worker then fine by me, I'm not going to stop her.
Also, it's nice to see that you can be offended so easily.

My mother went to go buy a camera today. She said it was originally $840 or something and that she only paid around $500. So I went online and found out that the camera was only originally around $520. So yeah, a waste of a day for $20.

Pfst. Black Friday is for consumer sheep who need a sale to feel good about themselves. I only buy things when I need them.

When you factor the value of the stress you're putting yourself through, the time you're wasting getting stuck in crowds and even the potential dangers of histeric crowds, they're not such great deals after all.
Personally I'd rather pay more just to avoid all this shit.

plus fucking uno. that's why I stayed home and got fucked up on various hooch in my booze stash. Started out with Blue Moon Seasonal variety pack, moved on to cogniac, when that ran out - moved on to Grand Mariner... and now sipping on nice Anejo.
Oh, tomorrow's gonna be a bitch, I can feel it already.
Fuck it, I am getting fucked up.

Black Friday use to be full of great deals but now it has gotten played out. Basically companies know that people will rush out to buy any of the junk they put on their ads, since people now just assume that everything item on the front of the ad in big letters must be a huge deal. There is no incentive for them to actually have great deals. I remember a few years back some TVs would have huge savings, but this year some of the TVs are barely 200 dollars off. Then factor in that you have to wait 12 hours prior to opening and its just not worth it.
I will say that in the next few weeks you should be able to pick up some good deals once these companies see how poor they did this weekend.
