Ever since my days with newave, I have always liked listening to music before I fell asleep.
I like listening to more chillout tracks, however.
Last night, I fell asleep to some smooth tunes I just downloaded....
helps you ponder upon pleasantly humble thoughts as you succomb to sleep. I sort of use it as a means of meditation. Puts you in a trancey state of mind.

I always go to sleep with Trance.... I wake up to it....do everything to it.....it's the best. I guess the best music to knock-out too would be chillout ones.... stuff u can find on Cafe Del Mar cds.

I listen to the Chilled Euphoria CDs when I'm going to bed, the one mixed by Solar Stone is the best IMO.

I couldnt fall asleep while listening cause I have to shout down everything (cpu, TV, lights) to relax & sleep.
actually I've never tried listening & sleeping at the same time...do you guys have beautyful dreams bacause of the music or it doesnt have any effect?

I always listen to trance when i go to bed. I do it to unwind. Usually i work a long day, and am on the go until sleepytime, so listening to trance helps me relax.

I find that if I fall asleep and the stereo's on all night I wake up with a headache.

But I like falling asleep to music, I just gotta put the timer on.

I only sleep while listening to music when I've been smoking a blunt.

i usually go to sleep listening to trance on my MD player, but then wake up and its put away (my mommy takes it out for me at night)
