you can browse to it. it is in the windows folder somewhere. also you can hold the windows key and press r and that will bring up the run dialog.

Just use a password bootdisk CD to change the admin password on the laptop. I have used this many times and works like a charm. Obviously since you can't download you will have to get someone to burn the .iso onto a CD for you first.

Just call your IT guys fags if they don't give you download & install privileges. That's what i did and they hooked me up
