I dunno about others, but when it comes to lost stuff I always give it back, unless it's some random $20 bill or something you see on the ground and couldn't possibly find the rightful owner. Anyways, just google "unlock blackberry" and you'll find a few paid services that will do it for you overnight...

Coincidently, a software just leaked days ago that enabled you to unlock the code yourself... however, RIM saw to it that it disappeared of the web within hours...for now anyways.

if you can find dirty pictures of the owner and their significant other you can surely sell it back to them for triple the price if not more..
