people getting drunk on NYE does not just happen at his events. they happen EVERYWHERE. at least charles and nick are nice enough to step up and offer people an option to get home safely.

IMO the TTC should do this for free out of the outrageous taxes that Toronto collects. However, since they don't, I am really happy that companies such as capital one in the past, and entertainment companies present are stepping up.
