I didn't have a balcony last year, and I'm a smoker. It didn't bother me too much since I wasn't in the room for much time beyond sleeping. I burned bowls in the room, but ciggies were smoked downstairs. However, the room I rented was ocean side, so I woke up to a great view every morning. OK, every afternoon.

I'm dealing with someone else there but am paying around what you're saying. I do have a balcony but I quit smoking, so I'll just enjoy it for the view

im wondering if we ran into each other!!! i was out poolside smoking enough.....finally we just opened the damn window, and our neighbors, who were some friends had a balcony!!! we were the psychos swimming at all times of early early morning drunk...if u ran into us at all

Hotel prices right now are at their low in Miami... it's pretty screwed up how you can get a room for $50 now, but during WMC rooms go for 400+ a night... it's a good idea to make some friends... so you can find a place to stay for free during WMC...
